Duration of Contest

• The Contest begins on May 16th, 2024, at 11:01 am [EST] and ends on the earliest of:

  • At least one Team sending One Dollar ($) through at least 100 Participating Countries by May 30st, 2024, at 10:59 am [EST].

  • At least one Team sending One Dollar ($) through at least 100 Participating Countries by June 6th, 2024, at 10:59 am [EST].

How to Play

• Teams must log into SukuPay with their phone number, and review, and accept all terms and conditions and privacy policies to start.

• Each registered Team member can view and send One Dollar ($) to another eligible phone number worldwide.

• Only registered Team members participating in sending and receiving One Dollar ($) are eligible for prizes.

Entry and Participation

• Suku is not liable for lost, late, misdirected, or unreceived entries.

• Disputes over entry ownership are resolved based on the authorized account holder of the relevant entry account.

Consent and Communication

• Players consent to receive automated texts related to the Contest.

• No purchase is necessary for entry, and consent does not require a purchase.

• Standard text and data rates apply.

Teams' Progress

• Teams can monitor progress via a public online dashboard during the Contest.

Initial Position

• At the start, One Dollar ($) is sent to the first phone number on each Team’s member list.

• Teams' starting positions are determined by the country associated with this phone number.

One Dollar ($)

• Refers to the initial amount each Team receives (in USDC by Suku) and tracks throughout the Contest.

First Move

• Teams decide where to send their One Dollar ($) first, ensuring recipients agree to Contest terms and policies.

The Challenge

• Teams coordinate globally to pass the One Dollar ($) through participating countries.

• Team members must physically be in the country of their phone number.

Game Over

• Sending to an inactive or unwilling participant leads to elimination from the Contest.

Winners and Prizes

• Winners are announced one week after the Contest’s end.

• Prizes distributed thereafter.

Valid Transfers

• A “Valid Transfer” is sending One Dollar ($) to a unique phone number in a Participating Country.

• Only transfers of One Dollar ($) are considered valid for the game.

Disqualification

• Use of VPN or geographic location bypass results in disqualification.
